child care centers, corporate events, banks, credit unions, parks and recreation centers, houses of worship, and many other venues.  Bubbles The Clown (aka David Felzenberg) has formed a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization, It's About The Kids Education Organization to teach young people financial literacy, reading literacy, childhood obesity prevention, and environmental education in an innovative, creative, and fun way.  He feels passionately about giving back to the community and in making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

In this innovative financial literacy program, Bubbles The Clown uses magic tricks, a rabbit, balloons, puppets, and props to teach the concepts of saving, spending, donating, and investing money.  Among other topics, children see how money magically multiplies by saving money and opening a savings account; the difference between needs and wants; and identification of types of money.

He has presented our organization's financial literacy program at dozens of venues for more than 4,000 young people throughout the Baltimore-Washington area.

Our reading literacy program and childhood obesity prevention uses innovative teaching methods to engage children in the programs.  Again, children learn well when they are having fun.
The children have so much fun as they learn, they don’t even think about it as learning!
